These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for SoberNow (hereinafter "the App"). By using the App, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the App. By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

To use the App, users shall register in accordance with the methods prescribed by the App, after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 3 (Subscription)

1. The App provides paid subscription services.
2. Subscription fees and periods are as displayed within the App or on the App Store.
3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. If not canceled during the free trial period, charges will automatically begin after the trial ends.
5. Subscription management and cancellation can be done through your Apple ID account settings.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the App:

• Activities that violate laws or public order
• Activities that interfere with the operation of the App
• Activities that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the App

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. The App does not provide medical advice. For health-related decisions, please consult a medical professional.
2. Health effects and savings amounts displayed in the App are general reference values and vary by individual. Their accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed.
3. The App assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Article 6 (Changes to Service)

The App may change, add, or discontinue services without prior notice to users, and users agree to accept such changes.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

The App may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice when deemed necessary. Modified Terms shall take effect upon publication within the App or on the website.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
